Refund policy


To be eligible for a refund, your item must not be shipped yet. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to hygienic and sanitary reasons.

Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product if the shipping has already been paid ordered by our team.
